Vietnam–Algeria Secondary School successfully organized a ward-level English demonstration lesson delivered by Ms. Đoàn Diễm Quỳnh, featuring Unit 3 – My Friends – Skills 2 (English 6, Global Success) on Monday, 19 October 2026.
The lesson welcomed more than 20 teachers from three schools in the ward and received highly positive feedback for its creative teaching methods, effective integration of AI, and student-centered activities.
The lesson began with an engaging song, “Hello My Friends,” followed by an AI-generated video that sparked students’ curiosity and encouraged active participation.
Through interactive listening, speaking, and writing activities, students developed their communication skills, confidence, and creativity. Three innovative techniques stood out:
- AI Video Lead-in: Inspiring curiosity and engagement.
- Listening Summary: Reinforcing understanding and knowledge retention.
- Writing Checklist: Encouraging peer assessment and independent learning.
The successful lesson provided a valuable opportunity for professional exchange among teachers and highlighted the school's commitment to innovative teaching, digital transformation, and student-centered education.
